Long Island City, NY – May 10, 2024 – US Patriot Fund, Inc. co-founder John Baglivi, USN, during his weekly scheduled visits to the Borden Avenue Veterans Residence assisted 13 homeless American Veterans apply for their VA disability benefit ratings.
“They were lined up out the door.” he states. Continuing, “One was doing wheelies in his wheelchair while waiting to be seen. I truly had no idea our foundation would be so impactful and as a Veteran myself, I’m beyond grateful to be able to do this and extremely thankful to the staff of BAVR and the state of New York DHS for the opportunity.”
